Add a feature for optional appointment reminders

There should be an option that allows appointments to be auto-approved if enabled

Add the possibility for users to choose which payment methods they support, including direct payments via PayPal, credit card etc. but also cash or by invoice. Customers should then see these possibilities and choose whatever they prefer. Reducing the risk of unpaid outages and improving the user experience of the booking flow significantly

Add SMS as a possible channel for notifications
